NOVA ROCK FESTIVAL is without a doubt one of the most important and largest Rock Festivals on planet Earth, which since 2005 until today has presented us the most popular names of the Rock scene. So while we were expecting to enjoy like every summer in 2021 another 4-day Rock feast, NOVA ROCK was canceled again for reasons you will read later, giving us an appointment for 2022!
We were really sad for this news because we were looking forward to be back in the welcoming space of the festival to see and hear our favorite bands and of course to meet again all our friends from Austria!
But the announcement of EWALD TATAR on March 15/2021 from the social media, gave us all the explanations and a new day of the NOVA ROCK FESTIVAL.
NOVA ROCK 2021 can’t take place/ New Date for NR22

΄΄Dear festival visitors, dear media partners and sponsors, loyal Nova Rock fans!
Today is another one of those days that breaks our hearts.
For weeks and months now we have been waiting for and demanding a decision from the Austrian Federal Government on whether festivals and major events will be able to take place in June 2021. While it is the Government’s job to take these decisions, it is becoming increasingly clear that delivering the bad news should preferably be left to somebody else, namely us.
So far our pleadings and demands have been ignored completely. This is disappointing in the extreme. We remain very curious about when and if we will receive information regarding all events and festivals in July and August, as other countries like England, the Netherlands and Switzerland have already provided positive indications regarding these.
This is why it sadly is up to us to make this difficult decision. Therefore, we regret to inform you that Nova Rock 2021 cannot take place. It would have been our greatest wish for you but also for us to rock the hell out of the Pannonia Fields and forget the stress and restrictions of this pandemic for a few days.
We will get back to you as soon as possible with further information regarding plans and further procedures regarding your tickets.
