It was a big surprise for us the good news, that… NOVA ROCK ENCORE 2021, the amazing rock festival will take place on Sat, 11.September-Stadion Wiener Neustadt-Austria!
In terms of bands, it will be a colourful mix of well-known names of the rock scenes big names like… SEILER UND SPEER -PAROV STELAR-BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE-MILLENCOLIN-MANESKIN-CLAWFINGER-JINJER-FLEKS-and RUSSKAJA!

Athenscalling.gr: Good Morning Mr. Gerold Haubner… Welcome in the culture web zine Athenscalling.gr. Really I am very happy chatting you, because we are fan of NOVA ROCK FESTIVAL!
Gerold Haubner (press office): Hello, my friend, good to talk to you again, even we can’t meet in person this time.
Athenscalling.gr: It was a big surprise for us the good news, that… NOVA ROCK ENCORE 2021, the amazing rock festival will take place on Sat, 11.September-Stadion Wiener Neustadt-Austria!
Gerold Haubner (press office): Yes, we are very proud to have another festival this year.
Athenscalling.gr: How you made that decision? Was easy or difucult about it?
Gerold Haubner (press office): We are in ggod communication with the government and from July 1st on, festivals and concert are possible again, so we bundle all our strengths and got startet
Athenscalling.gr: And from the festival fans, what were the messages you received?
Gerold Haubner (press office): it’s a positive signal not only for young people I guess, and we all hope to get ”back to live” very soon
Athenscalling.gr: Tell us please with your hand on your heart … Can you financially cover this event with only one day?
Gerold Haubner (press office): unfortunately, I can’t talk about financial aspects
Athenscalling.gr: And about the security measures of the festival. I mean all this about the pandemic?
Gerold Haubner (press office): we have a “3G” rule (in german: geimpft, genesen, getestet) vaccinated, recovered, tested… of course it’s important that people get vaccinated as soon as possible
Athenscalling.gr: Tell us about the line up of The Nova Rock Encore.
Gerold Haubner (press office): it’s a very versatile billing with the biggest stars from Austria… seiler & speer as well as parvo stellar, combined with great rock and metal bands like Bullet For My Valentine, Millencolin, including the Eurovision song contest winner Måneskin, who where in the charts here in Austria with 3 songs at the same time, one of my favorites like Jinjer, All time breakers Clawfinger and Russkaja and newcomer Fleks…
Athenscalling.gr: Something about concerts and festivals now … what do you foresee about the future?
Gerold Haubner (press office): of course I can't look into a crystal ball, but I want our normal life back - as soon as possible, also to meet my friends from Greece at Nova Rock 2022 – that means you J
